Mangrove merupakan vegetasi pantai yang emiliki morfologi khas dengan sistem perakaran yang mampu beradaptasi pada daerah pasang surut dengan substrat lumpur atau lumpur berpasir (PP RI NOMOR 27 TAHUN 2025 Tentang perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Ekosistem Mangrove). Menurut Murni dan Kartika (2025), mangrove merupakan tumbuhan yang memiliki peran ekologis yang signifikan, karena tumbuh pada zona peralihan (ekoton) yang unik antara ekosistem terestrial dan ekosistem laut, khususnya di sepanjang garis pantai dan muara sungaipada wilayah beriklim tropis dan subtropis (Das et al., 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
