Pemecahan masalah atas praktik yang sesungguhnya terjadi di lapangan akan sangat tergantung pada fakta, situasi, dan kondisi. Ketika transaksi yang akan terjadi bersifat substansial, maka pertimbangan manajemen yang relevan sangat diperlukan.
