Si<\/p>\n<p>Rp.85.000<\/p>\n<p>Deskripsi<\/p>\n<p>Dalam tiga dekade terakhir, akuakultur tumbuh menjadi penyedia utama protein akuatik dunia, melampaui perikanan tangkap di banyak negara. Pertumbuhan ini didorong oleh meningkatnya permintaan pangan berprotein tinggi, urbanisasi, dan tekanan pada sumber daya tangkap yang kian terbatas (FAO, 2020; Pillay &amp; Kutty, 2005). Namun, di balik angka produksi yang kian mengesankan, industri akuakultur menghadapi tantangan mendasar: kesehatan ikan. Di unit budidaya, mulai dari kolam tanah, tambak, keramba jaring apung, hingga sistem resirkulasi, kesehatan ikan menentukan kelangsungan hidup (survival rate), pertumbuhan, konversi pakan, efisiensi biaya, hingga reputasi pasar.
