Regulasi pertanahan terus berkembang, termasuk dengan terbitnya Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 tentang Hak Pengelolaan, Hak Atas Tanah, Satuan Rumah Susun, dan Pendaftaran Tanah (PP 18\/2021) beserta Peraturan Menteri ATR\/BPN Nomor 18 Tahun 2021 (Permen ATR\/BPN 18\/2021).
