Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) merupakan fondasi penting dalam pengelolaan organisasi modern. MSDM didefinisikan sebaga i pendekat an strate gis dan ko heren te rhadap pengelolaan aset paling bernilai dalam suatu organisasi, yaitu manusia yang secara individu maupun kolektif berkontribusi dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi.
