Hukum keluarga dalam konteks dunia Islam merupakan salah satu bidang hukum yang paling dinamis dan sensitif karena menyangkut aspek-aspek kehidupan paling pribadi seseorang, seperti perkawinan, perceraian, hak asuh anak, waris, dan perwalian. Secara historis, hukum keluarga telah menjadi bagian integral dari sistem hukum Islam sejak awal perkembangan Islam, bahkan sebelum terbentuknya negara modern. Istilah hukum keluarga dalam bahasa Arab dikenal sebagai al- ahwal al-syakhsiyah, yang secara harfiah berarti hukum-hukum yang mengatur urusan pribadi atau individu, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan keluarga. Konsep ini mencakup segala aturan yang mengatur hubungan hukum antar anggota keluarga, baik berupa hubungan suami- istri, orang tua-anak, maupun saudara kandung dan lainnya. Pada dasarnya, hukum keluarga dalam Islam bertujuan untuk menciptakan keharmonisan, keadilan, dan perlindungan bagi setiap anggota keluarga, serta mencegah terjadinya ketidakadilan dan konflik di dalam rumah tangga. Oleh karena itu, hukum keluarga menjadi salah satu aspek hukum yang paling banyak mendapat perhatian dari para ulama dan ahli hukum Islam sepanjang Sejarah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
