Perkembangan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan, otomatisasi, digitalisasi, dan konektivitas global telah mengubah cara manusia bekerja dan berinteraksi. Pada saat yang sama, kompleksitas sosial, tekanan keberlanjutan, krisis lingkungan, serta perubahan nilai generasi baru menciptakan dinamika yang semakin sulit diprediksi. Dunia organisasi tidak lagi stabil dan linear, sehingga tidak dapat dikelola hanya melalui pendekatan administratif yang kaku. Fenomena ini sering dijelaskan melalui konsep VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity). Namun realitas saat ini bahkan melampaui konsep tersebut. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan organisasi semakin bergantung pada kemampuan adaptifnya dalam merespons perubahan lingkungan yang dinamis.
