Salle, SE., SH., MH.<\/p>\n<p>Rp. 80.000<\/p>\n<p>Deskripsi<\/p>\n<p>Modal ventura semakin hari semakin banyak dipilih, apalagi sejak tahun 1995, dengan perlahan mulai beroperasi di daerah-daerah, sudah semakin banyak hadir untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan-kebutuhan permodalan usahawan, terutama Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Liya dan Neni menyatakan bahwa permasalahan-permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan menengah dan kecil tidak hanya terbatas pada sulitnya memperoleh modal, tetapi juga pada umumnya perusahaan menengah dan kecil itu mempunyai kesulitan dalam hal lemahnya kemampuan manajemen. Kelemahan di bidang manajemen dapat dikatakan ciri umum perusahaan menengah dan kecil, karena pada umumnya mereka tidak mampu merekrut tenaga-tenaga yang terampil di bidang manajemen. Keberadaan lembaga pembiayaan telah dimulai sejak tahun 1974. Berawal dari dikeluarkannya Surat Keputusan Bersama tiga Menteri, Menteri Keuangan, Menteri Perindustrian, dan Menteri Perdagangan RI tanggal 7 Februari 1974, tentang Perizinan Usaha Leasing.
