Suhadak, S.H., M.H.<\/p>\n<p>Rp.85.000<\/p>\n<p>Deskripsi<\/p>\n<p>Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat dalam dua dekade terakhir telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam sistem peradilan di Indonesia. Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia melalui berbagai kebijakan strategis telah mendorong terwujudnya peradilan modern berbasis teknologi informasi, yang ditandai dengan hadirnya E-Court, E-Litigation, serta digitalisasi administrasi dan persidangan. Transformasi ini tidak hanya mengubah tata kelola administrasi perkara, tetapi juga memengaruhi cara kerja, pola pikir, serta tanggung jawab aparatur peradilan, termasuk Hakim Tinggi di lingkungan Peradilan Agama. Dalam praktiknya, perubahan menuju peradilan digital menghadirkan berbagai dinamika dan permasalahan faktual. Pertama, masih ditemui adanya kesenjangan pemahaman dan keterampilan teknologi di kalangan hakim, khususnya dalam mengoperasikan sistem elektronik dan memahami validitas alat bukti digital. Kedua, meningkatnya kompleksitas perkara, terutama di bidang ekonomi syariah dan sengketa berbasis transaksi elektronik, menuntut hakim untuk tidak hanya menguasai hukum materiil dan formil, tetapi juga memahami aspek teknis digital yang melingkupi perkara tersebut.
