I believe in education.

Good education is the answer—

to pain,

to diseases,

to poverty,

to the quiet suffering people don’t talk about.

Writing, to me, means educating—

myself,

and others who may experience something similar to what I’ve been through.

I hope my writings will educate others, too,

although sometimes I’m not so sure—ha ha.

But I keep writing anyway,

whispering the words you need to hear,

so you know that you’re not just a human being;

you have a purpose in this world.

Doubts don’t cancel purpose.
